Achievements so far
1 course on maritime domain awareness delivered to national agencies stakeholders at Bandari Maritime Academy. Nomination of Trainers of Trainers for this subjected already completed and now waiting for training.
Interagency curriculum on maritime security is under development and some progresses have been made.
Delivery of Safety Trainings for Fishers In support of KCGS’ engagement with coastal communities, the project trained KCGS officers to deliver safety trainings at various Beach Management Units in the five coastal counties.
Community Watch Programme and coastal application development is ongoing and testing to take place in May.
